Foxlair Farms, Inc. is a well established manufactured housing community that has been family owned and operated for over 30 years. 

We are located in a rural setting surrounded by farmland and forests of deciduous and white pines.  Residents enjoy (non-motorized) boating and fishing on our 15-acre lake, along with hiking through our 150-acres of forest land.  Lots of well-maintained common areas to enjoy picnicing and playing sports.

Each home site is built to accomodate manufactured homes from 14-feet wide to 28-feet wide.  Every site is equipped with natural gas, cable TV, telephone, and DSL hookups.  Included with a lease is metered water service up to 3000gals/mo., sewage and trash removal.

We offer multiple storage facilites.  Storage sheds are placed on each lot.  For a minimal fee, uncovered storage is available for boats, travel trailers and automobiles.  Smaller covered storage facilities are also available in a fenced/gated area.

Every effort is made in providing a peaceful and serene living environment.  Residents are encouraged to plant shrubs and flowers to enhance an already gorgeous country setting.  Each potential resident is prescreened and held to Foxlair Farms, Inc. guidelines.
